“ Hi! I’m Jean, Makenzie’s matron of honor and lifelong best friend. We’ve known each other since preschool, literally we went to “My Little Preschool” together, and we’ve been close ever since. Our childhood was filled with endless sleepovers, Wii games, Disney Channel marathons, and all things Hannah Montana. We went to the same elementary school for a couple of years before I transferred, stayed close through different middle schools, and then found ourselves back together at Stanton for high school. Makenzie is my longest and one of my dearest friendships. Totally unplanned, but we both got engaged just a few months apart, and getting to walk through this season with her has been so special. She’s the kindest, most hardworking person, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better friend to grow up with. I’m beyond excited for her to get married and to keep being there for her in every chapter ahead!!”
