Yes! To travel to Aruba you will need a current passport. If you have one, please verify that it will be up to date. Usually for international travel, it is recommended that it does not expire within six (6) months of traveling. This would mean your passport should not expire until approximately April 1, 2027. If you do not have a passport or it is expired, current processing time is around 4-6 weeks but that can change quickly so please get this done at your soonest convenience.
To stay at the Hyatt Regency, the room rate is $480 for two people per night for a king or two queen option room. This cost includes all applicable taxes and fees. If additional guests are staying in your room, there will be a occupancy fee (~$30) per additional person. There is no minimum night stay and guests can book from one to seven nights at this hotel.
No! The Hyatt is most convenient, as it is where the most of the wedding activies and events will be, but if you would like to stay elsewhere that is no problem at all. Our only recommendation would be to try to be close to the Hyatt, if possible, to cut down on travel time and expense. We are hoping to ask where our guests are staying with the RSVPs so if multiple groups are at the same place we can let everyone know!
We are extremely grateful that you are willing to travel to Aruba to celebrate us. If you need to request an extra spot, please feel free to reach out to the bride and groom so we can try to accommodate it.
We are excited to share that kids are absolutely welcome to join us in celebrating our special day in Aruba! However, please note that many of the pre-wedding events we’ve planned may not be ideal for children. As these events may involve certain activities or settings that aren't fully kid-friendly, we kindly ask parents to be aware that they may need to opt out of some of these events if they bring their little ones along.
Yes, please let either the bride or groom know about your allergy and we will do our best to accommodate it!
