El Yunque National Forest
Beautiful National Rainforest. It contains many beginner friendly trails for hiking and I would absolutely recommend bringing a bathing suit for the water falls along the way! You can also book separate ATV or horseback riding tours through the rainforest
La Placita de Santurce
Though it use to function as a market, it now functions as restaurants during the day and a two tier haven for the bar scene in the evening. If you're looking for good music and an even better time after 7pm, check this place out!
Castillo San Felipe del Morro
A fort built by the Spanish settlers starting in the 1500s, this is an awesome piece of history to explore. At only $10 and located right in Old San Juan, it is a great spot to hit before going out for lunch or exploring nearby scenery

About 60 beach front kiosks serving up everything from souvenirs to food. Perfect place to have some beach front drinks and grab some finger foods or authentic Puerto Rican cooking.
