After meeting on the first day of physics class their junior year at North Kansas City High School, Ricky & Kelly were instantly drawn to each other and began dating after two weeks. Fast forward through several high school school dances, countless late nights at UMKC, two college graduations, a cat, a dog, and three apartments - Ricky surprised Kelly with a ring at Ermine Case Junior Park, a nostalgic spot of theirs, on October 14, 2017. If you can't tell from her reaction (see below), she said yes! Nine years after that first physics class and the two are beyond ready to get this wedding poppin'!
