Travel Note
For hotels, we suggest booking near the venue. For budget hotel rooms I suggest Golden Nugget, Golden Gate, Downtown Grand, Hotel Apache (it’s haunted though), Plaza Hotel, Four Queens, and for quieter rooms The D Hotel. For something nicer, consider Circa hotel. These are all near Fremont St and are close to the venue.
Travel Note
You can also find great deals on hotels closer to the strip. “The Strip” is about 15 minutes from the venue by car. If you have not spent a lot of time in Vegas and want to do touristy things while you’re here, The Strip is a cool spot to visit.
Travel Note
Step one: Make a note of all the hotels I suggested. Step two: Go to Expedia.com and do a round trip flight, and pick “add stay” with your flight. If you decide to come on 10/30 and leave on 11/1, I found plenty of packages at decent hotels for around 300$ a person round trip. This would mean your flight and your hotel would be about $300 a person. Not bad at all for a round trip flight and stay in Vegas!
