Simple! There is a QR code on the movie ticket for you to scan that will take you to the RSVP form!
Things we are looking for are appetizers, mains and side dishes.
We have a system put in place to avoid more than 2 people bringing the same dish, that being said a safe bet would be to cook/prepare enough food for 15-20 people per dish that you bring.
There is a commercial fridge at the venue if things need to be refrigerated. For hot food we plan on setting things up buffet style in chafing dishes with heat underneath.
We will have little cards and pens on hand so people are able to put down what they brought, whether there are allergens, and their name. There will be a separate drop box for recipes to be put in.
We will be providing biodegradable take home boxes so if there is a lot left over of stuff you enjoyed please feel free to take some home and enjoy!
Out of towners! Please fret not about whether or not to bring something to the wedding. Simply fill out the RSVP form on the QR code on the invite stating that you are unable to bring a dish.
Unfortunately, we are only allowing immediate family members to bring children to celebrate with us.
Honestly, we don't think you will need to as the venue is conveniently only an hour and 20 minutes from the city. For guests coming in from out of town we would recommend getting an Airbnb or Hotel and renting a car or reaching out to us to see if there are people willing to carpool.
We would like to ask that all guests refrain from taking pictures or videos during the ceremony.
Not a problem at all! We will have a livestream set up for the wedding so people are able to attend from wherever they are able to. Link to the live stream will be posted here and on social media when it is ready.
