When should I RSVP?

Answer

ASAP but at least by the end of April, we need to let vendors know and make sure we have everything we need for everyone to have a good time and we don't want to be scrambling last minute for stuff

What is the dress code?

Answer

Garden party semi-formal. See example dress code photos in the Gallery. The ceremony is outdoors on grass, so bear that in mind for choice of shoes.

Whats the difference between reception and after party?

Answer

the reception will have all the classics: cake cutting, first dance, family friendly partying. we will "exit" and go take golden hour photos and take a breather for the two of us (and encourage you to as well, change into comfier shoes, drink some water!) and then the after party is for who ever wants to party the night away with uncensored music. we understand some kids will have bedtimes so the time in between gives parents a chance to put them to bed without the kids feeling like they are missing out because the reception "ended". But no pressure to come to the after party if you are tired, get some sleep!

Anything I can do to help?

Yes! if you want to help with moving chairs/rearranging between dinner and the reception message Ricky or Becca before the wedding we will give you an assignment, we'd love to have extra hands day of :) OR if you have lawn games you are willing to bring, let Krista or Tracy know, "cocktail hour is going to be a game time, both lawn and board games, while the couple takes photos immediately after the ceremony if you have a game you love share it with us!
