Yep, it's finally happening... We're getting hitched!

Our paths first crossed Freshman year of high school. Ricky saw me in the hallway and he instantly knew that he had to have me (kidding... mostly). But really, throughout high school, we got to know each other and ended up becoming really good friends. Once we graduated, we lost touch but ended up reconnecting in college. We caught up, caught feelings, and decided to give us a try. The rest is history!

In April of 2021, Ricky and I took a trip to Walt Disney World. Being the huge Disney fanatic that I am, Ricky knew this is where he had to pop the question. After months of planning, his plan was put into action while we were taking photos in front of Cinderella's Castle in the Magic Kingdom. What I didn't know was that Ricky and our friend Jake had tipped off our photographer that this was no ordinary photo shoot. The photographer made some magic happen and when I turned around Ricky was down on one knee! Through all of the hysterics and emotions, I said yes at my favorite place to my favorite person!
