What is the Covid-19 Policy?

After careful consideration and discussion with our venue, for the safety of all our guests we have made the decision to require that all eligible guests be vaccinated in order to attend the reception. Please bring proof of vaccination as the venue will be checking vaccination cards on guest arrival. If you are unvaccinated we kindly ask you to decline our invitation. We are happy to speak with you further if you would like to discuss, but do not anticipate making any exceptions. As all guests will be vaccinated, mask wearing will be optional during the reception, but not required. All of these guidelines are subject to change pending local and state health department guidance!

How do I let the venue know I'm vaccinated?
Answer
Simply visit https://housingworksinc.formtitan.com/hwevents_vaccination#/ and complete the online form. You will need to upload a picture of your vaccine card. Alternatively, provide your vaccine card and ID at the door to enter.
