At this time, our RSVP tab is not open and it will be once formal invites are sent out. You can RSVP on this very website--just look at the top of the screen. Please send us your acceptances or regrets by. Please note, since this is a destination wedding, we will only count you down as attending when you submit either a flight or accommodation booking to confirm.
If we do not receive your RSVP and/or your confirmed flight or accommodation by 11/22/2026, we will mark you down as not attending. We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide our total guest count for our venue in the timeframe they have provided us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept late RSVPs or guests who has not booked their flights and accommodation.
Yes! Please use #RickStoleaKitKat when posting about our wedding!
THIS IS AN ALL BLACK AFFAIR. We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! We are requesting ALL BLACK semi-formal dress code for the evening. (Example: Ladies, all black dress. Gents, all black, or can do white shirt with black suit jacket) The ceremony will be on an island, by the beach. Feel free to wear whatever style or length dress you would like. But please, no white!
Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation in order to RSVP.
If their name is listed on your invite, yes. If their name was not listed, they can travel with you but will not be allowed to attend the wedding, cocktail hour or reception. They are welcome to attend any other excursions or activities. We are keeping our wedding intimate to close friends and family.
We love your little one! However, due to limited space at our venue, we have decided to keep our wedding mainly adults only with the exception of kids from the family of the bride and groom. If your little one is invited, it will be on your invite. We encourage you to use this as a vacation!
Your presence at our wedding is enough! We are so blessed to have you all here to celebrate with us. We are lucky to have everything we need for this next exciting chapter of our lives. If you still would like to send us a gift, we will be blessed and honored for a contribution towards our honeymoon fund.
We are having an UNPLUGGED CEREMONY. We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture all the moments of the ceremony. We do kindly ask that phones be put away during the ceremony portion. Feel free to take as many photos/videos once the ceremony is finished!
The ceremony will be starting at 4:30PM. To avoid being late and missing anything, we recommend arriving by 4:00PM to ensure parking and finding a seat before it starts. Also, arriving early gives you time to take pictures! Welcome drinks and fans will be provided as well.
You already know! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you. Get ready to party!
We will have the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception outdoors.
First and foremost, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! We have been working with the hotel who provided us with a room block for our wedding week. This will be located under the "Travel Details" tab with links provided to check availability and book!
Yes! Please verify that your passport does not expire within 6 months of the travel date. If so, please renew your passport to travel. If you are getting a new passport, please expect to wait 5 to 12 weeks to receive. Same day passports are available at specific locations. Please refer to for more assistance for passport renewal or issue. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html
We recommend flying into Phuket International Airport (HKT). The resort we are choosing to stay at is approximately 30 minutes from this airport. If you would like to explore Thailand before the wedding, my recommendation is to fly to Bangkok International Airport, and then hop on a one hour flight from Bangkok to Phuket.
Please fly into Phuket International Airport (whether you are flying straight here from USA or visiting Bangkok first). Shuttles from the airport to the hotel can be booked directly with the hotel. Please see "Travel Details" for more information.
Although we have a room block reserved (Travel Details Tab) feel free to stay wherever works best for you! We would love for all of our guests to stay at the same resort so that we can do activities together, have a welcome party, etc,. We want our guests to be comfortable and not have to worry about anything! If you do decide on staying at an Airbnb, we recommend staying close to the resort for our ceremony and reception. Be safe!
Phuket weather in January is usually as perfect as it gets. The sky is spotless, the sea is crystal clear and quiet, and the temperature is perfect, cooler than in other months. This is how everyone imagines what a tropical island like Phuket should look like. In January, Phuket enjoys warm temperatures with an average high of around 32°C (90°F). The evenings and early mornings are slightly cooler, with average lows of 23°C (73°F). The sea temperature is pleasant, averaging around 28°C (82°F), perfect for swimming and water sports.
This is Thailand! You will be on an island, called Phuket! That includes: beautiful sand. beach, clear ocean blue water, and many activities/excursions! Pack your passport, essential toiletries, sunscreen, swim suit/trunks, sunglasses, walking shoes, water proof case, etc,. Oh and don't forget your wedding guest attire!
Please see "Wedding Timeline" for more details
I will have a full wedding week itinerary that you can follow if you'd like. If you want to do your own thing in Thailand before or after the wedding, we encourage it! Please refer to our "Things To Do" tab where I put links of recommended activities and excursions. Please note that our resort also have a bunch of activities included!
We recommend taking 7 days off, as Thailand is 12 hours ahead and you would need to get used to the time zone! Plus, there are so many things to do in Thailand and other cities/islands to visit.
We are so grateful that you are taking your time out to travel to Thailand for us! While you are coming to celebrate us getting married, we hope you take some time off for yourself to explore Thailand! No matter how long you are visiting, it is entirely up to you! Please do not feel obligated to attend every single activity we plan, minus the wedding of course! This trip is for you too! Explore and do whatever you want! We will see you at the wedding. Just know we appreciate you so much!
Please reach out to the bride and groom (mainly the bride. the groom is just showing up lol) for any additional questions you may have!
