We are not providing a full meal at the welcome party but rather light bites so as to mimic a cocktail hour. Think a selection of flatbreads, sliders, wings, chicken sandwiches, and french fries. So plan accordingly!
Please arrive by 4:00pm to ensure that you are able to comfortably be seated in time.
Yes, Castle Hill Inn has valet services and guests are welcome to leave their car overnight. If you plan to drive, please leave plenty of time to get to the venue as traffic will be very busy this time of year!
Yes, we will be providing transportation services to and from the wedding for our guests who chose to use them. Because our guests are staying in many different areas, we will be having one central pick up location. PLEASE CHECK BACK HERE IN MAY FOR INFORMATION ON PICKUP TIME AND LOCATION. Uber is also available in the Newport area, however it will be an extremely busy weekend and Ubers may have significant delays - plan accordingly!
The dress code for the wedding is BLACK TIE OPTIONAL. We ask men to wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie and women to wear an evening gown or a midi length cocktail dress.
Weather permitting, our ceremony will be outdoors on grass, and the reception will be under a tent. Please keep this in mind when choosing your footwear!
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you’ve received a plus one, they’ll be specifically addressed on your invitation.
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is adults only.
