When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by Tuesday, June 24, 2025. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a 'no' as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed! If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity.

Can I bring a date?

You may bring a plus one if it is specifically indicated on your envelope. When you RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We hope the advanced notice allows you enough time to make plans. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes! We ask that guests dress in cocktail/formal attire. Think suits (no tie required) and cocktail dresses or gowns. Please no hats, jeans, shorts, khakis, or white/cream colored outfits.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes! Our venue, where both ceremony and reception will take place, has ample free parking.

Can I leave my vehicle overnight?
Answer
Yes. You can leave your car in Catalyst's parking lot overnight. Vehicles need to be picked up by noon the following day (08/25/25)

Yes! We have a registry here on Zola.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes! When you receive your invitation, you'll be prompted to choose your dinner when you RSVP. During that time, you'll be able no notify us of any potential food allergies.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We recommend staying either at the Nature Link Resort where our wedding will be held, or at the Country Inn & Suites in Baxter, MN.

Will there be a hotel block?
Answer
Yes! We have reserved a hotel block at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Baxter, MN located at 15058 Dellwood Dr, Baxter, MN, 56401, US. We have both Queen Double rooms and King Single rooms available as a part of the block. We recommend reserving rooms sooner rather than later, especially if you would like to utilize the shuttle that will be taking guests to and from the hotel and the venue.
