Where to Stay & How to Get There

Hotel

Turtle Beach Inn

140 Painted Pony Road
Port St. Joe, FL 32456
 (850) 229-9366

This is a lovely, quaint bed & breakfast within walking distance from the Tipsy Turtle Beach House where we will be staying. Since they have limited space, our group will occupy all of the rooms. You should have received a text message with details. If you have not, please contact Adrienne Tooley at 813.310.6860 or AdrienneTooley@yahoo.com to make your reservations.

Travel Note

How to Get There

Indian Pass is located just off of Florida Highway 98, between Apalachicola and Port Saint Joe. The closest two airports are Tallahassee (TLH) and Panama City (ECP). Should you elect to fly into one of these cities you will need to rent a car. The driving distance is nearly the same from either airport -- approximately an hour and a half. Please make a note that Panama City is located in the Central Time zone. Indian Pass is in the Eastern Time zone, as is Tallahassee.

Hotel

Gibson Inn (Apalachicola, FL)

51 Avenue C
Apalachicola, FL 32320
 (850) 270-2190

If the beach isn't your vibe, consider staying at the Gibson Inn. We recently stayed at this Old Florida hotel is in the heart of Apalachicola and we can say that it is truly beautiful and completely updated. Stroll downtown Apalachicola. Take in the local boutiques and cafes and pop over to Oyster City Brewing for some really terrific local beer.

Hotel

The Port Inn And Cottages (Port St. Joe, FL)

501 Monument Avenue
Port St. Joe, FL 32456
 (850) 387-2279

Port St. Joe is snuggled between the St Joe River and St. Joe Bay. This small town is quite and the Cottages are right along the main street. With easy walking distance to the coffee shop, some boutiques and the best doughnuts we've ever tasted, this is a great place to stay if you don't want to stay at the Beach.
