YES! We have hired the best professionals to capture our special day. Please refrain from using personal devices to take photos/videos during the ceremony, as this compromises the quality of shots that the photographer and videographer obtain. Feel free to take all of the photos that you would like at cocktail hour & during the reception.
Yes! All unmarried guests may have someone accompany them to the wedding.
Yes, we'd love to have all of our family and friends present. However, this will be an adult party with lots of dancing and cheer! Feel free to arrange childcare if you would like to freely enjoy your night. Please monitor children during peak moments to ensure there are no disruptions, such as blocking the aisle of the ceremony, entering the bride & groom's first dance, etc. We sincerely thank you!
Our dress code is black-tie optional. We ask that you wear a tuxedo or dark suit and tie. Alternatively, an evening gown or a midi- or knee-length cocktail dress would be appropriate.

Yes, please refrain from bringing outside food & drinks to the venue. There will be plenty to eat and many, many toasts to be had! Also, Aspen Ranch is a non-smoking facility.
We will be having a cocktail hour on the outdoor patio, equipped with bartenders and cozy fire pits! Please dress according to the weather with a light jacket or coat for partial outdoor socializing. The bride & groom will be present to enjoy cocktail hour, as we would like to thank and take photos with as many of our guests as possible before dinner is served and the party begins.

Yes, we want to ensure that everyone has a great time and is safe. Ubers are available to be ordered in the area, and you may leave your vehicle on the venue grounds overnight. A member of the venue staff will let you onto the property to retrieve your vehicle when you are able to pick it up the following day.
