Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please complete all RSVPs no later than October 27th, 2024!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Vista Lago has a large private parking lot with plenty of space for all of our guests!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to a limited seating, we kindly request that only those guests listed by name on the invitation attend, unless a plus one has been explicitly added to your invite. We appreciate your understanding on this matter!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5 PM sharp, so please plan to arrive at 4:30 PM to sign our guest book and ensure everyone is seated in time for the ceremony. We understand that things happen, but should you arrive later than 5 PM, we ask that you please wait until after the processional has finished before quietly finding a seat.

Question

I have a food restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know when you RSVP if you have any allergies or food restrictions so that we can make our caterer aware.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we ask that our guests dress in semi-formal attire. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses! In addition, the wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors on the lawn/patio, weather permitting, so please plan to dress accordingly. For our out-of-town guests, Florida weather can be a bit unpredictable in December, so be sure to double check the weather for that week to know if you’ll need to pack that sweater!

Question

I can’t make it to the wedding. How do I view the live stream?

Answer

We’d love for all of our friends and family to celebrate with us in person, but understand that not everyone will be able to make the travel. For those friends and family celebrating from afar, we decided to live-stream our wedding using the platform, LoveCast. The day of our wedding, at 5PM EST, you will be able to watch the ceremony live from any device. To do so, be sure to visit the website below, and click RSVP. You will put in your information and receive the updates and notifications to be sure you are ready to view on the day of. Once on our LoveCast page, you will be able to watch our ceremony and special moments as they happen, sign the virtual guestbook, visit our registry, and interact with other guests all on one easy site. https://loveca.st/rickandvivian

Question

How do I share the pictures I’m planning to take with you? And how can I see other pictures that are taken?

Answer

For our wedding, we created a shared photo album using Wedibox! In order to access the album, on the day of, be sure to scan the QR code that will be posted (and included in the programs!) using your phone camera. Once you click the link, you’ll be taken directly to the shared album—no need to download any additional apps on your phone! In the album, you’ll have the option to upload an unlimited number of pictures and videos you’ve taken that day. You’ll also be able to see the pictures that other guests have uploaded. We’d love to have all the photos in one place, so we hope you consider participating!
