What is the expected time for guests to arrive?

Answer

As per the venue guidelines, the guests must reach the venue no sooner than 2:40 pm. The guests are expected to be seated at the Oak Lawn for the ceremony by 3 pm.

Where to park?

Answer

Is there any dress code?

Answer

Yes! We have a formal attire for our wedding. Pastel colored outfits for women and Formal suits in the shades of gray color for men.

Are pets allowed at the location?

Answer

As much as we like pets, unfortunately the venue does not allow pets except service animals.

Are there assigned seating for the reception dinner?

Answer

Yes, please refer to the charts at the ballroom for your respective table. If you have any confusion around your seating table, please coordinate with our wedding coordinator Diana over text at 510.260.6148

Is there any travel between different events?

Answer

There is no travel between events. All events are hosted at the Club at Castlewood, Pleasanton, CA. There will be event coordinators guiding you throughout the day.
