What airport should I fly into?

St Louis Lambert International Airport is the closest airport to our hotel and venue

What should I do for transportation if I am flying in for the wedding?

Answer

We recommend using either Uber or Lyft as they are readily available in the area. Rental cars may also be a great option if you're looking to make a weekend trip! A shuttle will be provided from our hotel block to and from the venue on wedding day so our guests can let loose and enjoy!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal. Think long dresses or jumpsuits for women and suits for men. Fall colors are encouraged! Please avoid shorts, jeans, or white attire. We cant wait to see you all dressed up!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus-one they will be included on your RSVP list. Our venue spaces are limited, we wish we could accommodate everyone!

Can we bring our children?

Answer

We love your little ones, however we would like the evening to be adults only, with the exception of children in our wedding party. Unless specified on your invitation, please make other arrangements for your kiddos.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes, we have set aside a number of rooms at the Hampton Inn & Suites St Charles. Please see the travel section for a link to book.

Can I stay somewhere other than the hotel block?

Answer

Yes of course, however know that you will not be able to take advantage of the shuttle if staying elsewhere.

What time should I arrive to the wedding venue?

Answer

We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to ensure you're seated and ready for the festivities!

Can I ship a gift to your home?

Answer

Of course! We realize most guests are traveling far and it may be hard to travel with gifts. Please check our registry for our mailing address. We appreciate it!

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Yes we plan to have our ceremony and cocktail hour outside weather permitting, so please plan accordingly. The weather in the area at this time of year is usually warm. Our reception and dancing are to follow indoors.

Without a doubt!
