Question

What precautions will be taken by the Venue?

Answer

- Guest and staff temperatures will be taken as they arrive - Staff will be in masks at all times - Tables will be 6' apart with a maximum of 10 guests at each. - Food and beverages cannot be self-serve. Therefore, any stationed food would be served by a catering staff member. - Dancing is allowed with spacing in mind - Sanitizing stations will be placed throughout the event and venue staff will be checking and sanitizing high touch areas throughout the event

What precautions will be taken by the Catering Service?

Answer

"We wanted to inform you of Chef’s Choice Catering’s current practices as a response to the State of Ohio’s mandates and recommendations. These procedures have been implemented in order to place the highest level of importance on keeping guests and serving staff safe. STAFF: - Staff will wear a facial covering throughout the entire event & gloves whenever serving food and/or clearing - Each staff member’s temperature will be logged GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR SERVICED EVENTS - All food will be served by a masked and gloved Chef's Choice staff member, all silverware will be rolled into napkins to prevent open contamination, limited table clearing to avoid multiple touch points and exposure. BUFFET DINNER SERVICE - Buffet will be single sided - All items on the buffet will be served by a Chef’s Choice staff member - Guest tables will be released by captain’s call one table at a time. Another table will not be released until all guests are seated from prior table release"

Question

What additional precautions will be taken?

Answer

- State guidelines allow for 10 guests to be seated at the same table. However, any guest that is uncomfortable with this will be given the choice to sit with only members of their household through our RSVP process. - Masks are recommended by Ohio and the CDC when you cannot be six feet away from a person who does not live in your household. We will have masks available on site if needed.
