For those traveling from afar, Columbia Metropolitan Airport (CAE) is the closest option, though Charlotte Douglas International (CLT) is an easy 90-minute drive away and may offer more direct flights. Once you arrive, we recommend using ride-share services or renting a car for the weekend. We haven’t reserved a formal hotel block to allow everyone more flexibility, but we suggest looking for accommodations in the Harbison or Downtown Columbia areas. If you’re having trouble finding a spot or would prefer the convenience of a hotel block, please let us know—we are more than happy to help coordinate and make sure everyone has a great place to stay!
