Mountain Casual: Jeans, boots, flannels, think cozy mountain vibes!

We know this is a travel day for most of you, so feel free to come and go as you please! Come say hi and join us for drinks and hors d'oeuvres! It will get chilly when the sun goes down, so a jacket is recommended! Address: 2408 S Forest Meadow Road, Coalville, Utah 84017 General Directions: Take I-80 East to Exit 150, Tollgate Canyon Rd/Promontory. At the top of the exit, turn left at the stop sign passing back over the interstate onto Tollgate Canyon Rd. From there follow the signs for the wedding parking lot. Shuttle service to and from the Meissner Cabin will be provided from the parking lot starting from 4:45pm-8:15pm. **due to limited parking at the cabin, please take the shuttles!

Ceremony

6:15 pm - 7:00 pm

Semi-Formal (Fall-appropriate/mountain chic). The ceremony will be held outdoors on uneven ground, so please choose footwear appropriately. Boots, flats, chunky heels recommended. Fall in Utah is beautiful with warm temperatures during the day and cooler temperatures at night, please bring a jacket!

The ceremony will start promptly at 6:15pm. The shuttle service we have arranged from the Westgate Resort for hotel guests, along with all wedding guests, will leave promptly as per the details below to ensure you arrive on time. Pick-up/Drop-off will be from The Westgate Resort located at 3000 Canyons Resort Dr, Park City, UT 84098 Shuttle service from The Westgate Resort is for all wedding guests. Parking for non-hotel guests will also be available. Please be at the hotel lobby no later than 4:45pm SHARP! If you choose to not use the provided shuttles from the hotel, there is limited parking at the base of High West, and you will need to catch a shuttle to the wedding venue. You must arrive NO later than 5:30pm at the base parking lot to allow time for a shuttle to pick you up. PLEASE READ: There are no rideshare services available to/from the venue (uber, lyft, etc..) and no overnight parking allowed at the venue. We encourage using the shuttles from The Westgate Resort!
