Welcome Party

5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Casual: Jeans, boots, sweaters, flannels - think cozy mountain vibes! *It will be cold, so please bring a warm coat + ID!

We know this is a travel day for most of you, so feel free to come and go as you please! Come say hi and join us for drinks and hors d'oeuvres! ADDRESS: Shuttles will pick up guests at the winter lot located at: 1567 W Arapaho Dr., Coalville, UT 84017 and transport them to the Welcome Party (about 4-6minutes shuttle). **due to limited parking at the cabin, please take the shuttles. General Directions to Shuttle Parking Lot: Take I-80 East to Exit 150, Tollgate Canyon Rd/Promontory. At the top of the exit, turn left at the stop sign passing back over the interstate onto Tollgate Canyon Rd. From there follow the Parking signs for the wedding parking lot (about 10 minutes up the canyon road). Continuous shuttle service to and from the Meissner Cabin will be provided from the parking lot starting from 4:45pm-8:15pm. Contact Meg Ashton (801) 649-9710 with any questions/concerns.

Ceremony

6:15 pm - 7:00 pm

Semi-Formal (Fall-appropriate/mountain chic). The ceremony will be held outdoors on uneven ground, so please choose footwear appropriately. Boots, flats, chunky heels recommended. Fall in Utah is beautiful! It will be chilly at night, so please bring a warm coat + ID!

The ceremony will start promptly at 6:15pm. We have arranged a shuttle service (pickup and drop off) from the Westgate Resort located at 3000 Canyons Resort Dr, Park City, UT 84098 for ALL wedding guests. Valet parking available at Westgate. *Please be at the hotel lobby no later than 4:45pm to load the shuttles* If you choose to not use the provided shuttles from the hotel, there is limited parking at the base parking lot of High West, and you will need to catch a shuttle up to the wedding venue. You must arrive NO later than 5:30pm at the base parking lot to allow time for a shuttle to pick you up. PLEASE READ: There are no rideshare services available to/from the venue (uber, lyft, etc..) and no overnight parking allowed. We encourage using the shuttles from The Westgate Resort! Thank you!
