Please arrive at the venue between 3:00 and 3:15 PM to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the ceremony begins at 3:30 PM. Late arrivals will not be able to enter once the ceremony begins.

A shuttle will run between the Hyatt Regency Long Island and the venue for guests staying at the hotel.

We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during our wedding ceremony.

We love your little ones but we have chosen to make our special day an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to join us for our big day!

The dress code for our wedding day is Cocktail attire. We ask that men wear a suit and that women wear a floor-length or tea-length evening gown.

We kindly ask that only the guests named on the invitation attend. Due to venue capacity and planning considerations, we’re unable to add additional guests. Thank you so much for understanding!
