Is the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

The Ceremony and Reception are both held at the Ritz- Carlton Bacara.

Question

Will there be transportation from the other hotels to the venue?

Answer

There will be shuttles provided. They will be picking up Guests from The Hilton Garden Inn and Best Western and taking them to the Ritz-Carlton Bacara. The shuttle will also take Guests back to those two hotels several different times at the reception. More info on what times the shuttles are leaving before ceremony will be provided at both hotels.

Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside on a grass area. (Wear appropriate shoes). The reception will be in held in the ballroom. Signage will be posted throughout the venue.
