Question
When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
We kindly ask that you RSVP via the RSVP tab on this website by 10/15/2025. If you do not RSVP by this date, you will be marked as "not attending". No formal invitations will be mailed out.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is cocktail attire - all black. Please no colors or patterns, just black. Ladies can wear midi or floor length dresses. Gentlemen can wear slacks with a button down shirts. Please refrain from wearing jeans, sneakers, and casual attire. Please note, the event is completely outdoors, taking place during the evening and cooler temperatures are expected after sundown. Plan to bring a coat or jacket to keep warm! There will also be heaters available by tables.

Is this a child-friendly wedding?
Answer
While we love and adore all of your little ones, this will be an adult only event. We encourage all friends and family to use this as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

What time should I arrive to the venue?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 3 pm. We kindly ask that you arrive and be in your seat no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait til cocktail hour to join the rest of the guests. When you arrive at the venue, please tell the attendant that you are a guest for the Mireles / Lecroy wedding so you are directed to the correct venue - The Terrace Lawn!

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?
Answer
This will be an "unplugged" ceremony, no phones or cameras will be permitted for use during the wedding ceremony but may be used during cocktail hour and reception. We have hired professional help to capture the day for us and help us stay present as we say "I do". After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos/videos as you'd like!

Will there be a bar? Other drinks?
Answer
Yes! During the cocktail hour we will be serving wine and beer along with small bites. During the reception, we will have a selection of alcoholic beverages including liquor, wine, and beer as well as non-alcoholic beverages for guests. Please drink responsibly and plan accordingly by scheduling an Uber for pick up ahead of time.

Transportation and Parking
Answer
Feel free to use Uber / Lyft or drive your own car to the event! The venue has plenty of parking on site, but we also recommend scheduling Uber pick ups ahead of time or making other arrangements to get to and from the venue. Event ends promptly at 10 pm.
