What can I do before the ceremony?

Answer

Lancaster Central Market is the oldest farmers market in the country! It is open Saturdays from 6am-3pm. You can find homemade baked goods, breakfast, lunch, Amish produce stands and much more! Roundbreads is an amazing bagel shop if that's more your speed.

How should I get to the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony is being held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Downtown Lancaster, which is about a 10 minute walk from the Lancaster Marriott hotel. There is a parking lot at the church if you would like to drive.

What should I do with the time between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We are having a simple Catholic vow service which will take about 30 minutes (2-2:30). Our reception does not start until 5pm (transportation will begin at 4:45 from the Marriott hotel). There are many bars near the hotel that would make great pit stops. I recommend Annie Baileys (Irish Pub), Tellus 360 or The Exchange (rooftops), and Shot & Bottle.

Can I bring a plus one/my kids?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus-one or children, we’d be delighted to have them join us! If not, we kindly ask that only the invited guests attend, so we can comfortably accommodate everyone.

How will the transportation work?

Answer

We are offering transportation to and from our reception space. It will pick up/drop off at the Lancaster Marriott hotel starting at 4:45pm and conclude at 10:30pm. Ubers are also an option, most likely costing between $10-20.
