FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The reception is from 5:00–9:00 PM on Saturday, September 5th, at the Pennsylvania Yacht Club in Bensalem, PA. We recommend arriving at 5PM, as the bridal party will arrive shortly after.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-formal Attire Come comfortable and confident! We have hired a professional photographer and our bridal party will be in formal wear (suits and satin floor-length dresses) — so we'd love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! The venue is relaxed with grass and lawn games like cornhole and horseshoes, so choose something that you feel great in and also lets you play and enjoy the evening. Thank you for helping us make the day feel extra special!

Question

What's being served?

Answer

Sweet Lucy's is catering a smoked meat dinner. You'll choose between pulled pork or smoked chicken breast, served with coleslaw, mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese. There will be an open bar and dessert to follow. Please let us know if you have dietary needs when you RSVP and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Question

What if it rains?

Answer

No problem! The yacht club has a covered outdoor area and an indoor space, so we'll be comfortable and dry no matter the weather.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Yes! Children are welcome. If your kids aren't on the invite, please reach out and let us know—we'd love to have them there.

Question

Do I have a plus one?

Answer

If we have reserved a plus-one for you, it will be specified when you RSVP through our website. Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we have a strict guest list to meet our venue capacity restrictions. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 5th, 2026 or we will assume your are politely declining. While we will miss celebrating with you, we are required to provide an exact headcount to our venue and caterer. Thank you for understanding!
