Out of town guests may want to make the 45-minute drive down to Bardstown to explore the bourbon distilleries and scenic farmland views. If you want to do a tour be sure to plan ahead, as they fill up early (up to three months in advance). We recommend lunch at The Bar at Willett and a cocktail making class at Bardstown Bourbon Company!

There are lots of great dining options within walking distance of 21c. For a casual breakfast & lunch option, we highly recommend Wiltshire on Market (their original location is right down the street from Anna and Richard’s house and is one of their most frequented spots)! Some of their other nearby favorites include Addi’s Grill for Ethiopian food and Safier for Mediterranean deli options. For those seeking something more traditional, Down One Bourbon Bar and Bluegrass Brewing both offer tasty pub-fare. Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse offers a unique and upscale experience, but make sure to make reservations in advance!
