Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Great question! Which wedding are you attending? Coming to Anderson? We ask that you dress dressy casual in your favorite shade of green! The wedding is outside in November in Indiana, so make sure you won't get cold! Coming to Marietta? The theme of this wedding is fantasy ball. We ask and encourage you to dress up with us, in elegant fantasy wear inspired by your favorite characters or books! Assassins, fae, pirates, wizards, dragon riders, etc., whatever your heart desires! Needing inspo? Search 'fantasy ball' in Google to see what people wear! If you don't want to dress to the theme, we ask that you wear winter tones like silver, gold, purple, excluding white shades (ivory, cream, off-white, champagne, etc.) and light blue. It will be January outside, so make sure you will be warm, however, we will have heaters in the tent with us.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We want our wedding to be small, so please don't bring anyone who was not listed on the invitation, or if a plus one was not offered. Thank you!

Question

Do I need to bring a gift?

Answer

Gifts are not required, but are appreciated. We ask that if you do wish to gift us something, you ship it to our house. If you wish to send an electronic payment, it can be sent to Winter. If you wish to send a check or cash, please send it to our address. Thank you!

Question

Marietta: Where can I stay?

Answer

We have a hotel block at an Embassy Suites in Kennesaw, less than 6 miles from the venue. Question

Marietta: Is there a rehearsal dinner or morning after bridal brunch?

Answer

Yes! We will host a rehearsal dinner and bridal brunch. We wish we could invite everybody, but this will only be for out-of-town and wedding party guests. Stay tuned for another invitation to those events in the mail, and you can RSVP online on this website again. Dinner will be at a Persian restaurant called Rumi’s Kitchen, and brunch will be an assortment of pastries and fruits, both with vegan and gluten-free options available.

Question

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes! The Anderson wedding is at a public park! The Marietta wedding is at Winter's parents' house, so there is limited parking. Most parking will be street parking throughout the neighborhood, so carpool if you can, please!

Question

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes! For the Marietta wedding, we will have Willy's Mexicana Grill catered. Build your own burrito bowl! This is fully customizable, so it can be made vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free. We will also have gluten-free cake and vegan cake, as well as some other goodies for all! If you have any dietary needs or restrictions, please message Winter, and she will make sure you are accommodated. For the Anderson wedding, we will have vegan cupcakes, but no other food will be provided as this will be very intimate. We will come back to Bloomington for our favorite restaurant for dinner!

Question

Will there be drinks?

Answer

Yes! In Marietta, we will have both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, however, we encourage you to bring your own drink, whatever it may be. We will have drinks for everyone, but there will not be an open bar, and we will have limited quantities. In Anderson, we will not have alcohol, but we will bring our favorite non-alcoholic drinks for everyone, but feel free to bring your favorite.

Question

Will there be heaters?

Answer

Both weddings will be outside. The Anderson wedding will not have a heater, but the Marietta one will!

Question

Can I bring my pet?

Answer

No! Our dogs Willow and Maple will be present for both weddings and both ceremonies. Please do not bring an animal, it will be asked to leave.
