Let's dress up and celebrate the day! It is March so the weather may be cool. The ceremony will take place outside on the mountain facing deck so make sure to bring a coat just in case!
There is parking at the venue or if you are staying at The Holiday Inn and Suites, they do provided a free shuttle to and from.
4:30 pm
Right after the ceremony guests will move to the next room where there will be a hosted Cocktail hour!
6:00 pm - 10:45 pm
Dinner will follow the cocktail hour one room over in the Grand ballroom. After everyone has filled their bellies, the dancing and party will begin! Don't forget your dancing shoes!
11:00 pm
At 11pm it is time to say Farewell. We are asking all guests to line up outside the main entrance where they will light sparklers for the new Mr. and Mrs. Smith as they make their grand getaway!! Don't worry, the party doesn't have to end! Take the shuttle back to the hotel and continue the party in your hotel room or a bar nearby! Don't forget.... the next day is St. Patrick's Day so we hope to see you out for a green beer. Cheers to the newly weds!
