Is there a booking discount for wedding guests?

Answer

There is no block set aside or group discount for wedding guests. However, if you sign up for "Palladium Rewards" on the booking website (its free) you will get discounted prices for being a member.

How do we get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

When you book directly through the resort, on your confirmation e-mail there will be a link for "transfer" which you can use once you have your flight information. As a Palladium Rewards member, with your reservation at our hotel, you have a FREE SHARED transfer. Just continue with the form to process the booking by clicking on "BOOK TRANSFER". We recommend that you book your transfer 48 hours in advance. There are also other companies you can book through whether you travel in a group or by yourself. Do you need a passport to go to Mexico?

Answer

Yes. You need a valid Passport in order to enter Mexico.

What should we wear to the wedding?

Answer

Beach wedding attire (think cocktail party on the sand). Tie optional.

What is the Mexican currency?

Answer

The Peso. You can exchange money at the front desk of the resort.

Do we need an outlet adaptor for our electronics?

Answer

Power voltage is 127 V 60 Hz using Power Sockets A and B. You do not need an adapter if you’re from Canada or the USA.

Does the resort have bottled watter?

Answer

Yes, there is bottled water in every room. If you need more, you can ask for more at the lobby bar or the pool bar.

Do we need to bring towels?

Answer

No. They provide towels in your room and at the beach and pool areas.
