Welcome to the Island (Optional)

6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Easy Breezy Attire

(Kid friendly event) Welcome to the island! Join us at Indigos on Cane Garden Bay for food and drinks. If you’d like to hop in the water, bring a bathing suit!

Rehearsal Day (Optional, but everyone is invited)

10:30 am - 6:00 pm

Swimsuit + coverup

10:00 AM – Meet at the West End Ferry Dock to board the boat "Party Time" to Norman Island. *Note this is a private boat, you do not need a ferry ticket* 11:00 AM-12:45 – Cruise to the legendary Willy T floating bar. Enjoy an afternoon drink — and, if you’re feeling adventurous, take the leap off the top deck. 1:00–5:00 PM – Head over to Pirates for lunch and some beach time. Keep an eye out for turtles grazing on the sea grass just offshore. 5pm – Return to Tortola. 6:00 PM-ish – If you still have energy after a day at sea, join us for a casual evening drink at Admirals.

The Big Day

4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Cocktail attire, but game on if you want to up the ante. Have fun, be bold, and bring out that tropical flare, don’t be afraid of vibrant colors and fun prints. Think garden rather than beach, but still very Caribbean.

(This is an Adult only event, with the exception of the flower girls) It’s the big day! If you’re not in the bridal party, the celebrations kick off at 3:00—so you’ve got the perfect window to enjoy the island! Spend the morning hiking Sage Mountain, or relax on the sand at Long Bay or Smugglers Cove. We’ll gather for pre-wedding cocktails at 3:00, the ceremony will be around 4:30, and the reception immediately follow.

Bridal Brunch (Optional)

11:00 am - 3:00 pm

Bathing suit + Cover up

(Kid friendly event) We’ll hop on a ferry for a day trip to Soggy Dollar—the world-famous beach bar on Jost Van Dyke.

Stateside Get Together (Optional, date still pending)

2:00 pm - 6:00 pm

(Kid friendly event) Intended for U.S.-based friends and family, whether you can’t join us in the islands or simply want a “part two” to share photos and reminisce.
