We're so excited to finally celebrate our big day with all of you!

We met on June 26th, 2009 at Clique Lounge in Yonkers. Minerva went with friends for what was supposed to be a low-key Friday night and Rich went for an early celebration of his older brother's birthday. After a few hours eyeing Minerva, Rich finally got the courage to ask her to dance. While they walked to the dance floor, a Bachata song was playing, but by the time they went to dance, the DJ switched to reggaeton. They had so much fun dancing to "Me Estas Tentando" by Wisin y Yandel and they've been dancing ever since. And of course- the story of how we met would never be complete without a special shout out to Rich's older brother, Damian, who reminds us both at every chance he gets, that we owe him for us meeting on his birthday weekend!

We love to dance, which I think most of you know. We enjoy going out to eat- our favorite place to go to is Empanada Mama. We love to travel (one of us more than the other- take a guess who!) We also love to go to baseball games (one of us more than the other- HINT: It's not the one that loves to travel). We also like to binge watch tv shows. Some of our favorites have been "A Million Little Things", "Power", "For Life", and "Homeland", but our absolute favorite is "Law & Order: SVU".

Minerva: "Rich always sees the best in people and in every situation. He also has an appreciation for the little things and exudes gratitude all of the time. Rich also reminds me to have fun and to not always take life so seriously. His laugh is one of my most favorite things to hear." Rich: "Minnie is the true definition of brains and beauty. She's sweet, kind, and also funny when she wants to be. She's an extremely hard working and beautiful woman who strives to be the best and pushes me to be the best I can be."
