It all started with a wayward phone call, a friend’s cancellation, and another friend’s interference — followed by a strong desire to sit in the wet grass, eat three-hour-old sandwiches, and pretend to care about a book of the Bible in the form of a musical. The after-party was a calamity of cocktails, snowballs, an argument, a breakup, a slumber party, a coupon, and breakfast. Thirteen years later, we’re ready to make it official — to continue our quest to experience new things and move forward together on a well-equipped foundation.
