There are various options to choose from Philippine Airlines, EVA Air or Cathay Pacific. Philippine Airlines is a direct flight while others will have have a layover in their respective country (e.g. Hong Kong for Cathay Pacific). Be aware that regardless of which airlines you choose, there will be a layover in Manila.

The layover in Manila can take anywhere from 5 to 10 hours. For instance, taking Philippine Airlines, which is a direct flight to Manila from LAX, has a layover time of 10 hours. Other airlines will have their layover in their respective country then in Manila. Please refer to your flight itinerary for complete details of your journey.

Waiting inside the airport is no fun at all, especially if you land in Terminal 1 of Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA). There is a free shuttle you can take to go to Terminal 3 which has restaurants and a passenger lounge you can use to rest and freshen up (for a fee). There is also a sky bridge (Runway Manila) in Terminal 3 you can use to go to Newport City. This place have restaurants and hotels nearby.

There is no Uber in Manila or Philippines in general. However, you can download and install Grab app. Grab is very similar to Uber except the form of payment is cash.
