Why Elope?

Answer

Since this is a second marriage for both Richard and Kristen, and they have already experienced traditional weddings, they decided to do something fun and use this opportunity to spend some much-needed time together. With four boys between them, moments alone are rare, so they are looking forward to enjoying a vacation, just the two of them. After the wedding, they plan to celebrate with a family vacation that includes all of the boys.
