How do you get a coastal lady to make the 10 minute trek to the big city? Swipe right and make her wait, of course! After matching with Jen on reknowned relationship app Tinder, Rich took off for a trip around India and Thailand. IMMEDIATELY upon returning home, Rich had to get a date with Jen on the books. Luckily, Jen was able to squeeze in a coffeeshop meeting in early February 2017. Between attending her sister Kristina and her friend Hayley's birthdays and despite quite the hangov...headache, Jen met Rich at Copa Vida for a cup of coffee. That coffee led to a dinner date and dinner ended with an invitation to Jen's birthday party a few days later. The great Selena Gomez once said "You are who you surround yourself with, I know that's such a cliche quote, but it's true." On their third date, at Jen's birthday party, sparks flew! Importantly, that night Rich got to meet LOTS of the people with whom Jen surrounds herself. From then on, there was no doubt that Jen was the best people and Rich was one lucky guy! We are both so happy that we've been able to grow those first meetings into a deep love and friendship. We are excited to "get the government involved," as we get married this October in our home city of San Diego. More than anything, we're happy to surround ourselves with you, the people we love, for that celebration!
