This is a private property. We will be the only guests during our entire stay with our own private walk-in beach (beach furniture included), private pool, private tiki bar (BYOB), and acres of beachfront property to roam on. There are two houses on the property. Everyone would get their own room but share living, kitchen and bathroom. Beach and bath towels are at the property for use. There is also a washer and dryer in each house. Outside there is the pool, beach, bar, outdoor games, fire pit, and grill for us to use.
There are four options for dinner: Key Largo Surf & Turf 4oz filet mignon, 4oz grilled hogfish topped with fresh pineapple salsa, 2 blackened shrimp. Served with potatoes and sautéed vegetables. Veggie Curry Fresh vegetables, red grapes & papaya simmered in coconut milk with island spices. Served over rice. Kingston Chicken Chicken marinated in jerk seasonings, cooked with key lime honey, topped with sautéed onions and peppers. Served with rice, red beans, and sweet plantains. Chicken Tenders & Fries 2 breaded chicken tenders and French fries.
There is no food or drinks on site. Heather and Richard will be bringing a fair share of both but please bring some too! We definitely cannot bring enough for everyone and know we won’t be able to bring something that everyone likes. If you bring food and/or drinks (alcoholic or not), everything can be shared and enjoyed by all. If you’d like to bring something just for you, that’s okay too! There is also restaurants and grocery stores near by.
Yes! The whole property is ours and only ours so the entire weekend will be BYOB. There is a tiki bar for us to use the entire weekend that we can stock!
Heather and Richard will be staying from Thursday, March 17, 2022 - Monday, March 21, 2022. You are welcome to come anytime during that period. However, we would love for everyone to join our rehearsal dinner on Friday and, of course, our ceremony and reception on Saturday. We will be providing a brunch on Sunday, post wedding.
Yes! There is ample parking on site
There is an option for Uber rides in the area. Another option is to rent a car if you would like to go anywhere off the property.

The Florida Keys and Key Largo are the warmest places in the US in the winter and cool in the summer because of the trade winds. There is not a single day over 95 degrees and it’s dry. Unlike mainland Florida that sees regular afternoon showers, the Florida Keys are arid.
