We have a room block Franklin Marriott Cool Springs which is a 10 min drive from the venue in Downtown Franklin. We will have a shuttle to and from the event back to the hotel. Let us know if the hotel block is full when you go to reserve a room-- we will add more. Reserve by Oct. 17, 2025 to receive group rate. The venue is ~25-40 min from Downtown Nashville depending on traffic, so if you choose to stay in Nashville, remember to make a transportation plan! There are also many Airbnbs in Nashville and Franklin as well.
