Each dinner is served with a tossed salad. The dinner buffet will offer entrees of country fried chicken; roast pork loin with bourbon glaze; beef roast with au jus, carrots, and onions; and southern fried catfish fillets with tartar sauce. The sides will be mashed potatoes and gravy, garden harvest rice, green beans with onions and bacon, and focaccia bread. There will be an open bar with free soft drinks, beer, wine, and mixed drinks, as well as unlimited water, tea, and lemonade.
