We're Getting Married!

Lindsey's best friend from junior high school and bridesman, Austin Weltha, introduced Lindsey and Rich. Austin got stuck working with Rich during the summer at The Town of Normal, and happened to tell Lindsey that he worked with a guy that liked the same music as her. Lindsey's first question, "Is he cute?". Rich's first comment, "She's too young". About a day later (after asking all his friends their opinions on dating a younger girl) Rich came around to the idea of it, so Austin gave him Lindsey's phone number, and now here we are!

Rich told Lindsey that she needed to request this Sunday off of work so they could go to Rich's brother in-law's birthday party. He was very adamant, which Lindsey thought was strange because 1. Steve would never want to throw himself a party or have one thrown for him, and 2. I've missed parties because of work before, what's the big deal?! Well, it was a big deal because it turns out that birthday party for Steve, was actually a surprise engagement party for Lindsey and Rich. While Lindsey was opening the door, Rich said her name to make her turn around. As Lindsey turned around Rich was getting down on one knee asking her to marry him, and telling her, "you know this is all for you, right?". Obviously, Lindsey said yes. We're so excited to finally say "I do" and celebrate with all of you!
