This event is really a cocktail party to celebrate our wedding, so it's more suitable for adults. If you aren't able to get childcare, however, we absolutely understand. Mason and Tommy will definitely be there to enjoy the big event. If you plan to bring your little ones, please let us know ASAP so we can make a good plan to keep them happy.
We do, and it's a tab on this page! However, so many of you were so kind to buy us a wedding gift in November 2020. Please, please, do not buy us another gift! One is more than enough. We've updated our registry for those who very kindly asked.
Yes, please plan to bring proof of vaccination for all guests, as well as an ID card. If you are not vaccinated, although we will miss you, you will not be admitted into the venue, unfortunately.
There's really nothing to rehearse...we already did it! :) We're excited to see you at the reception, but we wanted to limit the group events so there's time for you to explore NYC.
We are working hard to keep you safe. We've hired a company that uses a trained dog to detect COVID. You can learn more about them here: https://bdk9.com/. The process is very easy (and kind of remarkable!). You simply stand in a line with others, and the dog briefly sniffs your hand (or your mask if you have one that you've removed). If she doesn't detect anything, he moves right along. If he detects something, he will sit. If you come up as positive, we will have back up tests you can use to confirm, if you would like to. No one will be required to submit to screening, but we hope you will to help others stay safe. In addition, we've postponed three times to try to find the safest date we could. A portion of the event will be on the roof deck, weather permitting. There are large sliding glass windows for ventilation for indoor portions. Vaccines are mandatory and will be checked by the venue. We will provide masks and hand sanitizer for all guests who want them. We will follow all masking guidelines in place at the time of the event. Planning an event in this era is a challenge, but know we are trying very hard!
We get started at 6pm.
Yes! Just please let us know.
