Will there be a shuttle to take me from my hotel to the wedding?

Answer

YES! There will be a shuttle for guests staying at the Black Bear Lodge. Another shuttle will pick up guests in front of the Long Trail House for guests staying at; Hearthstone, Rising Bear and Long Trail house. Shuttles will pick up guests from 2:30 - 3:00 and drop them off at The Gondola.

Should we get there on Friday?

YES! We are having a welcome party for all guests invited to the wedding! Please make sure to RSVP for both!

Is the ceremony outside?

Answer

It is - the ceremony will be at the top of the mountain. It is bright up there, so make sure to bring sunglasses!

What's the dress code?

Answer

Welcome Party: (Dressy Casual) Cocktail dresses, collared shirts with slacks or nice shorts for the gentlemen. Wedding: (Cocktail Attire) Cocktail dresses and suits & ties for the gentlemen.
