4:00 pm - 9:30 pm
There will be a brief ceremony at 4:00 followed by cocktails and lite bites, announcements, dinner and dancing. We will have two SUVs, with room for 7 and 6 passengers each, doing laps between the hotel and venue beginning at 3:00 (10 minute ride) and they will continue service throughout the evening.
