Question

Do I need to book with the group?

Answer

Yes. We have negotiated an exclusive rate for all of our guests that includes accommodation(all-inclusive basis) and access to each of the events. For this reason, please use the provided booking link to book your room. This also allows us to include you with the rest of the wedding party, so you all get the same group benefits. Additional daily fees will apply to enter the resort off-property.

“What if I find a cheaper price online?”

Answer

We have worked hard to ensure you receive the best rates possible. If you do happen to find a more affordable option online, please let our travel concierge team know and they’ll see if they can get the same price.

When do I need to book by?

Answer

Please book by Jan 6th, 2024 in order for us to have an accurate headcount to finalize event details.

How many nights should I stay?

Answer

Please try to arrive on Tuesday, May 7th, as events will begin promptly on Wednesday Afternoon and to also take full advantage of all activities our beautiful resort has to offer!! There is a minimum requirement of a 3-night stay in order to receive the group pricing. We would recommend a 4-night stay to fully enjoy all the wedding events, the all-inclusive resort and also allow time for local travel and excursions.

What is the payment deposit structure for the room?

Answer

A one-night deposit will be required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due 30 days before arrival. If for any reason, you have to cancel a room, please contact our travel concierge team before March 31st for a refund. Any cancellation after that (unless in a medical or emergency situation) will result in a 100% penalty of the total room charge.

What if I would like to upgrade my room?

Answer

If you would like to upgrade your room, please first book a room that is being offered for you and your party. Once you receive your booking confirmation, you can contact our travel concierge team, to inquire about available upgrade options.

How do I get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

We will be providing y'all a transportation link shortly. Special transportation rates have been contracted for you and your family. The resort is located approximately 25 minutes from the airport.

How long should my passport be valid?

Answer

To travel to the Dominican Republic, your passport should be valid during your entire stay. That being said, it is advised that your passport should have 6 months of validity.
