When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible but no later than December 20, 2024.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless otherwise indicated on your invitation.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends in semi formal to formal attire. Please keep in mind this event is in winter. While the reception in indoors, the ceremony is outdoors. Please dress warmly.

Where is the wedding venue located?

Answer

It is located at the top of Mount Le Conte in the Great Smoky Mountains. Guests can get up to the venue in a regular car in normal weather. A four wheel drive is helpful but not necessary. The roads to the top of the mountain are very nice and paved with gentle curves.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 3pm. Please arrive no earlier than 2:30pm and take your seats 5-10 minutes before the start of the ceremony.

Where do I park once I arrive at the wedding venue?

Answer

Parking is available in the driveway when you first pull in. Parking is limited. Please carpool if possible.

Can I use my cellphone to take pictures and record videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not use your cellphone during the ceremony. We invite you to be fully present and enjoy the ceremony as we will have a professional photographer there to capture the moment. Please feel free to use your cellphone during cocktail hour and the reception.
