FAQs

Question

Why are there two different time zones listed?

Answer

Since the venue is so close to Georgia and Tennessee, they use EST. So our wedding will go based off of EST, even though our clocks will be in CST. Soo.. the wedding will start at 2:30 PM CST, but to the venue it will start at 3:30PM. Confusing I know, but don't worry we will help you out!

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the official ceremony starts at 2:30 PM CST/3:30 PM EST so you can settle in before the proceedings. The doors will open at 2:00 PM CST/3:00 PM EST This will be an unplugged ceremony, please refrain from using cellphones/taking pictures during the ceremony. Thank you!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is August 15th, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you understand!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love our guests to arrive in cocktail attire or semi-formal attire. Please try to avoid wearing jeans, flip flops, etc.

Question

What color are the bridesmaids wearing?

Answer

Pale Yellow!

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, while the reception will be indoors. During cocktail hour, we will have a bar outside on the patio. During the reception, guests will have the option to be indoors or outdoors.

Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking! There is a parking lot right when you turn into the venue, which is where guests will park. There will be a shuttle available to bring you down the hill to the venue.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

When you enter your name on the RSVP page, you will see any additional children or guests we've included in your invitation.

Question

Are kids allowed at the wedding?

Answer

Take the night off and leave the little ones at home! Although we are allowing kids at the wedding, we would love to keep it to a minimum just for space restrictions. There will also be loud music and some music that might be inappropriate for little ears, so enjoy a little date night!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! You may opt to bring cash to tip our bartenders!
