We have reserved a small block of rooms for anyone wishing to stay nearby. Reservations may be made by calling the hotel directly at 865-366-5250 or via the hotel website. The Group Code is RGW. In order to ensure proper accommodations, all individual reservations must be made by midnight on 7/30/24.

You are welcome to stay at any cabin or hotel in Pigeon Forge area. There are many options so feel free to stay where you feel the most comfortable! Shuttle service will pickup and drop off at Hilton Garden Inn Pigeon Forge and from My Smokey Rental reserved cabin locations.

Shuttle service will pick up at the Hilton Garden Inn Pigeon Forge and My Smoky Rental cabins for transport to the ceremony departing at 3:45pm. Shuttle will return to Hilton and Cabins after the grand exit leaving approximately 10pm An early shuttle will leave at 9:15 for anyone who needs to leave early!
