What should I wear?
Answer
The dress code is cocktail attire, leaning dressy. We are excited to see everyone dressed up for the big day! A portion of the day will be on grass/gravel, and so for women, we recommend this be considered when choosing footwear. Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be in an uncovered outdoors grass area in the vineyard. The reception will take place under a covered tent with a hard floor.

I'm just so excited about your wedding day, can I take pictures on my phone?
Answer
Please refrain from taking pictures or videos during the ceremony. However, you are welcome to take pictures throughout the cocktail hour and reception if you would like!

What's on the menu?

Our wedding will be catered by Stampede BBQ and our desserts will be coming from Zigs Bakery. Mains: Brisket (GF) Pulled Pork (GF) Baked Ziti (Vegetarian) Sides: Coleslaw (GF, Vegetarian) Garden Salad (GF, Vegetarian) BBQ Beans (GF, Vegetarian) Mac & Cheese (Vegetarian) Cornbread (Vegetarian) Desert: Cupcakes! (There will be some GF options)

What kind of drinks will be available?
Answer
We'll have craft brewed beers from Stampede available, both a light and dark ale, in addition to wine and prosecco. For non-alcoholic options, we'll have iced tea, lemonade, and water.

Answer
Our vision for this day is an intimate celebration with a few of the people that we love. As such, we will only be able to accommodate those explicitly listed on your invitation.

What about the children?!
Answer
We love and appreciate all children of those invited. However, we've chosen to extend invitations only to those explicitly named on the invite to keep the day as simple as possible. We appreciate your willingness to find alternative plans for children and look forward to seeing them at another time!

Is there parking on-site?
Answer
Yes! We have a large parking lot available as well as handicapped parking spaces. From the parking lot, is a short uphill path (~200m) to the ceremony location. We also will have a golf cart available for shuttling guests. There will be signs as you enter the venue and parking attendants to help you find your way. What happens if it rains?
Answer
We'll be a little bummed if it rains, but we will carry on! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be moved to a covered tent.

When should I arrive?
Answer
Please plan to arrive 20-30min early. This will give everyone time to get seated so that the ceremony can begin promptly at 4pm. Come with enough time to also stop by the Solarium for a Walk Down Memory Lane to see some pictures of Laura and Jordan before the ceremony begins.
