When should I RSVP by?

We would love to hear from you ASAP, but if you aren’t sure yet, please try to let us know my Friday, September 13th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We plan to begin promptly at 5:00pm. Parking and getting to the ceremony spot will take a few minutes Please try to arrive no later than 4:45pm.

I have a food allergy/dietary preference, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will have vegetarian options, but very limited vegan options. If you have a dietary restriction, allergy, or any questions about the food we will serve please contact us. We will do all we can to accommodate our guests.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, free parking is available on-site.

Is there a smoking area on-site?

Answer

The Springs Preserve is a non-smoking facility. Smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes, or vape products is prohibited.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We do not have a hotel block reserved, but feel free to contact the bride directly, for recommendations. We may be able to help with discounted rates.
