To reserve a discounted room under our wedding block, please review the following instructions: 1. Go to the hotel website and click "book now" or "prenota ora" 2. At the top right of the screen under the language selections you will see a button that reads "agency access" or "accesso agenzie". 3. It will prompt you to login using our special code. Username: NicoleRiccardo Password 30082025 4. Then it will allow you to put in the dates - our discount is available from August 28-August 31,2025. 5. After entering your dates, click "search" or "ricerca" and you will see the rooms available at the discounted rate. 6. You will know the discount applies because it will read "Nicole Ann and Riccardo Wedding Rate" or "Tariffa Matrimonio Nicole Ann e Riccardo". 7. Flight
If flying from the United States, Fiumicino is the closest major international airport. If flying from Europe or connecting, Ciampino Airport is another option that is even closer.
Train
If you would like to take the train from Fiumicino Airport to the hotel you will have to connect at Termini Station. There is a direct train from Fiumicino to Termini Station (Leonardo Express) where you will have to change to catch the Regional Trenitalia Train to Frascati which is the closest train stop to the hotel (about 30 minutes' walk or 5 minutes with a taxi). If arriving to Ciampino, you can catch a bus at the airport and take it to the Ciampino Stazione (train station) and catch The Regional Trenitalia Train to Frascati.
