When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than February 24th, 2025. The deadline to book a room at the resort with our group pricing is this day. If you choose to book after this deadline, you will not have the discounted rate available to you.

What is the group code for booking at the resort?

Our code for the discounted group pricing is GALINDO. If you need a link sent to you in order to book your stay, please reach out.

Question

When should I arrive at the resort? When should I leave?

Answer

You are welcome to arrive as early as you would like, and stay as long as you need. Our group code discounted room rate will be available March 22nd to March 27th. Please note that if your stay extends past this window, the rooms will be full priced for those days outside the discount window.

How do I get from the airport to the resort?

We encourage guests to arrange transportation ahead of time with a reputable company. We prefer booking through Amstar.

What should I wear?

Answer

There is no formal dress code for this event. Men can wear suits, tuxes, blazers, or even guayaberas. We ask that no men wear jeans or sandals. Women are encouraged to wear a dress, and most will be wearing a midi or full length dress. Please wear shoes with wide heels, as the reception will be held on a lawn. While we will have a dance floor, we don’t want any guests sinking into the grass if opting for skinny heels.
